£100 Amazon Gift Card Offer — Terms

These terms apply only to the "£100 Amazon.co.uk gift card" promotion (the "Promotion") offered to selected businesses via a direct offer link. They sit alongside, and don't replace, our main Terms and Conditions and Service Agreement, which still govern your use of Sizzle itself.

1. The promoter

The Promotion is run by OtterlyGood Ltd ("we," "us," "our"), trading as Sizzle, of Manchester, United Kingdom.

2. Who can take part

You must be a UK-based café, restaurant, pub, takeaway, bakery, or similar hospitality business.
You must sign up to Sizzle via a special offer link sent to you directly as part of this campaign, during the promotional period that link is live.
You must not already be an existing or former Sizzle customer.
The person signing up must be an owner, director, partner, or manager of the business, with authority to sign up on its behalf.
Limited to one voucher per business, regardless of how many locations or accounts you operate.

We may ask for reasonable evidence that you meet these conditions before issuing a voucher, and may refuse or withdraw an offer where they aren't met.

3. What you get

A single £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, subject to meeting the conditions in section 4.

4. How and when the gift card is earned

To qualify, all of the following must be true:

You complete sign-up and connect your Square account so your app can be built.
Your branded Sizzle app is approved and goes live in the App Store and Google Play.
Your Sizzle subscription remains active and has not been cancelled through the end of your 30-day free trial.
Your business has processed at least 50 orders through your live Sizzle app within that first 30 days.

The gift card is not issued at sign-up, and is not guaranteed simply by starting a free trial — it's tied to your app actually going live and being used to take real orders. We check eligibility manually; there's no automatic or instant payout.

5. How the gift card is delivered

Once we've confirmed you meet the conditions in section 4, we'll email your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, or details of how to claim it, to the email address you signed up with, normally within 14 days. It's your responsibility to make sure that email address stays monitored and up to date.

6. Promotional period

This Promotion runs for as long as your offer link remains active. We may amend or withdraw the Promotion, or close it to new sign-ups, at any time — this won't affect a gift card already earned under section 4 before the change.

This Promotion is independently run by OtterlyGood Ltd and is not sponsored, endorsed by, administered by, or in any way associated with Amazon. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Gift cards are subject to Amazon.co.uk's own gift card terms and conditions.

8. General

The gift card has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold.
We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim a gift card obtained through fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms or our main Terms and Conditions.
We may refuse or withdraw this Promotion in relation to any person or business at any time, at our sole discretion, without needing to give a reason.
Nothing here is intended as tax advice — you're responsible for any tax treatment that applies to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
